9.1 The company will not accept any liability for late delivery of the goods and delivery time will not be of the essence of the contract.
9.2 The Company will not accept liability for non-delivery, where this is caused by circumstances beyond its control.
9.3 All risks shall pass to the consumer upon delivery
9.4 It is the customers responsibility to check all goods within 14 working days (Monday - Friday). Any damages / shortages should be reported to JMP Stores Ltd within 14 working days. Replacement items will be sent to the original delivery address.
9.5 All costs including delivery costs and delivery surcharges will be paid by cleared funds by the customer to the Company before dispatch will take place.
10. RETURNS POLICY/ CANCELLATION POLICY - GENERAL
Trampolines that have been built or partially built cannot be returned for a refund.
In compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance selling) Regulations 2014 goods can be returned within 7 days. It is the responsibilty (including the cost) of the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods. Proof of despatch may be required. Once the goods have been received they will be inspected, any damages or shortages will incur apportionate cost. We will refund the consumer using the original payment method once this process is complete.

11. RETURNS POLICY - FAULTY
In the case of a faulty product or part, we will offer a repair/replacement/refund depending on what is reasonable under the circumstances. This will depend on the kind of product, the fault itself and the length of time since receipt of the goods. This is in compliance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We will request proof of the damaged / faulty part's, images can be sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover defects due to wear and tear, damage due to misuse or wind damage. All warranty claims are evaluated on a case by case basis and approved cases will qualify for replacement parts free of charge. All claims need to be accompanied by a photo's showing a full length shot of the trampoline and close up shots of the faulty part/s.
We conform to the requirements of the 2018 GDPR requirements.
14. FORCE MAJURE
14.1 The Company shall not be liable to the customer in the event that the Company is unable to carry out any part of the contract for causes beyond its control.
14.2 The Company will notify the customer as soon as is reasonably possible in such circumstances.
